Technology has revolutionised the way we live and work, and women have been at the forefront of this change. From female scientists and engineers to women entrepreneurs using digital tools to create businesses, women are shaping the future with their skills and expertise.

Many village based women who had the skills but didn;t have the sources  are also able to evolve their business due to the social media boom.! We see a lot of village based or not much educated women selling homemade products and are establishing their business.
Keep working hard my mates –  thanks to supporting people around those women. 

Innovating new things & representing them in front of people has become accessible to everyone now.

However, The sad part is women continue to face challenges,  such as the gender pay gap and underrepresentation in leadership roles. It’s crucial that we work towards a more inclusive tech industry where women have equal opportunities and are represented at all levels. “We at Manning Consulting provide leadership roles on the basis of skills not gender.” 

Technology is a  powerful tool to address gender inequality.. From online education and job training programs to virtual mentorship and networking opportunities, technology has the potential to create a more level playing field for women.
