As a major contributor to both employment and GDP, the BPO industry plays a crucial role in the Indian economy. However, the growth of the sector has been largely concentrated in Tier one cities, leaving behind the potential talent pool in smaller cities untapped.
Reason for sharing this- The BPO (business process outsourcing) industry is growing and is expected to expand to tier 2 and tier 3 cities in the near future.
This growth is expected to contribute significantly to the country’s GDP. As the demand for outsourcing services continues to increase, the BPO industry is poised for significant growth, providing job opportunities and economic benefits to these cities and their populations.
