Indian tech industry hired 380,000 freshers in FY22 nearly and over 70 per cent of Gen Z students are keen to take up tech jobs for freshers in the near future, a Nasscom report said on Friday.

According to the findings, 79 per cent of Gen Z are willing to spend more than two years in their first job, provided employers give them the right value proposition, said the Nasscom survey.

Learning: Candidates consider culture, learning and growth while selecting a company. So focus on providing diverse working environment and get the best of talents.
